Click to Call
The first step in getting the click to call feature setup is to add an outbound phone number. This is the number of the phone you’d like to make these calls from, i.e. your desk phone.
- You can adjust these settings by selecting Account Settings, which is located on the bottom left side of the Rent Dynamics page.

- Once you get to this screen you will be able to enter your outbound phone number;

- Once the number is entered you will need to bring your cursor outside of the field and click anywhere in the white-space outside of the field. You will then see “Saved!” in green text indicating the number was accepted.

- Currently, you are only able to set this phone number if you have desktop reminders turned on.
- If you do not want to have any notifications. Simply turn on one of the desktop notifications, then add the outbound phone number, then refresh.

- From here you can begin using click-to-call from the Follow Up page.
- You can access the Follow-Up page by clicking on Follow Up located on the left side of the screen.

- If you have subscribed to the “Click to Call” feature, you can click on the blue button and it will make an outbound call to the prospect via the phone number listed in the Lead Card. It makes calling the prospect quick and easy.

- Clicking on the “Click to Call” Button will allow Rent Dynamics to call the number set in the “Outbound Phone Number” field i.e. your desk phone.
- Your phone will ring, and when you answer it, Rent Dynamics will then start dialing the phone number associated with the lead from your follow-up.
- Since this is an outbound call, this will not be a recorded call.
- After this, you will proceed to process the follow-up as you normally would!
