When a user processes an email in the Rent Dynamics app, they will be able to block any spam emails that come through.
To do this you will need to go to the Emails tab on the left side of the screen, click on the spam email and the screen will look like this:

You will notice the “show other options” right underneath the email. When you click on it these three options will appear:

You can click on Block Sender and this will make it so anytime this email comes in it will be sent to the “blocked” folder.
You can view the blocked emails by going to the top right-hand corner and clicking on “Blocked”.

If you are wanting to unblock an email, you can go to the blocked tab and find the email you need, click on the email and you will see this message appear:

Click on “Unblock Sender” and it will put that email back into your inbox.
